A Sèvres green-ground part dejeuner, circa 1768

Reserved with medallions of roses edged with gilt dentil borders, the covers applied with flower finials, comprising: a teapot and cover (théière 'Calabre'), a milk jug (pot à lait 'à trois pieds' of the first size) and a sugar bowl and cover (pot à sucre 'Calabre' of the first size), the teapot: 14.4cm high, interlaced LL monograms enclosing date letter P, painter's mark for Pierre Freta, incised marks (tiny chips to finials) (5)
