款識：子猷愛竹情依石，彭澤拈花酒滿卮。我羨二公心自古，墨中補出畫中詩。大千居士爰。

來源：
陳振永（1873-1947）舊藏，一九四〇年代得於香港，並由後人珍藏至今。陳氏為馬來西亞廣益銀行創辦人之一，現馬來西亞皇宮為其舊產。抗戰期間曾捐贈軍機，獲頒蔣介石紀念章，並獲徐悲鴻寫贈。
