註：方還，原名張方中，字惟一，晚號螾庵，江蘇新陽（今崑山）人。光緒乙酉年（1885）考取新陽縣生員。曾任江蘇諮議局議員、資政院民選議員。後加入中國同盟會，光復崑山後任崑山民政分府民政長。民國後，歷任北京女子師範學校校長、上海招商局公學校長等職，並先後為江蘇省長韓國鈞以及國民政府交通部長王伯群秘書。博學多才，工書善文，著有《靈洲詩草》及《靈洲集》。
