Inscribed and signed Fei Nianci, with two seals of the artist

款識：綃綺為席，犀璩為鎮；醴酒在上，金鐘在懸。畹香大兄大人正，屺懷費念慈。
鈐印：武進費念慈大貴長壽、己丑翰林

註：費念慈，字屺懷，號西蠡，晚署藝風老人，江蘇武進人。光緒己丑年（1889）進士，授翰林院編修，後任浙江鄉試副考官。擅詩文，工書法。好收藏，廣肆彙集書畫印刻和版本。摯友葉昌熾（1849-1917）曾於《緣裻廬日記》記載於其書齋「歸牧堂」鑑賞過稀有元刻、明本及巾箱本《周禮》。
