款識：細草穿沙雪半銷，吳宮煙冷水迢迢。梅花竹裏無人見，一夜吹香過石橋。克里同志正。啓功。
鈐印：啓功之印、再壬子以後作

上款：「克里」為賈克里（1913-1981），河北灤南人，畫家。曾任秦皇島市美術家協會主席及市文聯副主任。

註：此七言詩出自南宋詩人姜夔《除夜自石湖歸苕溪》，十首之一。
