款識：
孤槳乘潮進，雙帆帶霧懸。江豚爭吐浪，沙島故依船。獨柱臨滄海，連峰入暮天。勝遊今始愜，逸興自翩翩。
傍岸風濤湧，攀崖洞壑深。江鳴一天雨，日沒眾山陰。樓閣中流動，魚龍靜夜吟。不登幽絕地，誰慰壯遊心。
塔暝寺鐘鳴，潮迴放舸輕。風燈搖絕岸，夜角動嚴城。組練軍聲壯，烽煙客思驚。南徐舊形勝，懷古漫沾纓。
絕頂孤吟健，危樓四望開。果然上霄漢，不信有蓬萊。地勢東南劃，風煙吳楚來。驚濤日滾滾，長嘯一啣杯。
寺繞雲蘿暗，巖懸杖屢遲。凭高還縱眼，剔石更題詩。歲月他鄉夢，江山異代思。神州原咫尺，天險至今疑。
此余乙未（1655）夏渡江登金山之作也，屈指星霜忽焉八載，京江風景依稀如昨否。錄呈歐翁老先生社臺教之，時壬寅（1662）春三月，華亭沈荃。
鈐印：徹關、沈荃之印、繹堂
藏印：友隺秘珍
邊跋：沈荃字貞蕤，一字繹堂，華亭人。順治九年（1652），一甲三名進士，授編修，官至禮部右侍郎。康熙二十三（1684）年卒於官，謚文恪，學行醇潔，好獎進士類，書法尤有名。
