A Falka M-125-3 rotor-based cipher machine, Russian, 1960's,

plaque stamped M-125-3MP2 N 98-92434, complete with ten rotors and three row key board in Latin and Cyrillic with five-level paper tape reader below and paper tape punch and tape printing mechanism on top with punch card input on the left hand side, in grey metal casing with cover and separate 24 volt power supply, the machine. 12 x 10 1/2 x 7in (30.5 x 27 x 18cm)
