20th Century, 1925. Comprising a gray-blue wool coat with black trim and a wide collar and cuffs, bearing a black-lettered United Costumers, Inc. Manufacturers label inscribed in black ink, "Ronald Colman 40 / No. 7" and an archive hanging tag inscribed, "Ronald Colman / U.C. 499"; a peach brocade vest with seven buttons, bearing a black-lettered United Costumers, Inc. Manufacturers label inscribed in black ink, "Ronald Colman 41 / #7."; and a pair of gray wool breeches with ties at the calf, bearing a black-lettered United Costumers, Inc. Manufacturers label inscribed in black ink, "Ronald Colman," and an archive hanging tag inscribed, "Ronald Colman / # United Costume / 15188."
Colman stars as Robert Clive, a clerk in the East India Company who joins the British Army to fight the French. Loretta Young costars as his wife.
