Comprising: four chestnuts of varying size lying on top of a large folded leaf, rather worn and with a good patina, unsigned, 5.7cm (2¼in); an eggplant on a stalk with two leaves attached, unsigned, 4.8cm (1 7/8in); a lotus-seed pod with ten movable seeds beneath, unsigned, 4.2cm (1 5/8in); a pumpkin, the looped stalk forming the himotoshi, signed Tadatoshi, 4.5cm (1¾in); a pumpkin with a snail slithering on the top and two ladybirds lacquered on the side, unsigned, 3.8cm (1½in); and a boxwood group of five mushrooms attached at the base, signed Masanao, 3.8cm (1½in).
