Five ivory netsuke of figural subjects

Late 19th/early 20th century
The first of a man seated, holding a tokkuri at his side, his head movable and his robe inlaid and tinted red, signed in a tsuishu lacquer reserve Yasuaki, 2.8cm (1 1/8in); the second of a woman seated and beating cloth, unsigned, 3.8cm (1½in); the third of a Daruma doll inlaid with treasures on its robe, the reverse with formal designs, signed Dosho, 3.5cm (1 3/8in); the fourth of a man seated, feeling the effects of sake, a gourd flask at his feet, signed Ikkosai, 3.5cm (1 3/8in); the fifth of a baby boy seated with a sack on his back, signed Hoju, 3.5cm (1 3/8in).
