A builder's presentation model of the M.S. Aghios Spydrion
William Doxford & Sons Ltd, Sunderland; circa 1957

the hull built up in lifts with a red bottom, dual waterline, black topsides, white cove stripe, painted grey decks detailed with bollards, hawse pipes, railings, anchor windlass, ventilators, hatches with hatch covers, masts with cargo booms, central deck structure with bridge and bridge wings, canopy frames, binnacle, funnel, boats on davits (4), spare propeller and other details. Displayed within a glass framed mahogany case, the model mounted on 2 turned brass pedestals on a matching plinthe.
