Seated, stretching up and with its body twisted to the right as it clutches a ball with all paws, its curly tail rising at the back and its open mouth containing a loose ball, the details are boldly rendered in slightly-worn wood which bears a fine patina, unsigned. 5.4cm (2 1/8in).
