The adult recumbent, its head turned to the left to watch its cub which clambers on its back, its open mouth containing a loose ball, its legs drawn in for compactness, the slightly-worn ivory bears a good patina and the eye pupils are inlaid, signed in a rectangular reserve Okanobu. 4.5cm (1¾in).
