A Meissen teabowl and a saucer, circa 1740
Brightly painted in Kakiemon style with flowering chrysanthemum branches growing from green banded hedges, with a yellow Pheonix in flight with blue wings and red tail feathers, the centre of the inside of the teabowl painted with a single flower, with brown-edged rims, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue, impressed numerals (2)
