A rare Meissen armorial teacup from the Sulkowski Service, circa 1736

The rim and handle moulded with basketwork, painted with the arms of Sulkowski and scattered indianische Blumen, together with a Meissen saucer, 1924-34, en suite, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue (with dot on the saucer), the cup with impressed Dreher's mark of an asterisk, the saucer with impressed and incised numerals and painter's numeral 3.
