A large Rouen faience charger, first half 18th century
Boldly painted in blue, yellow, manganese, green and red with flowers and leafy branches issuing from two cornucopias, with a bird perched on one flower and scattered butterflies, insects and blooms, within a border of overlapping scales around the rim, 47.5cm diam. (rim chips)
