Two Rouen double-handled octagonal faience trays, 18th century

The first decorated in chinoiserie style with pagodas and flowers and a bird overhead, the rim with alternating trellis and floral panels, 36.5cm across handles, GS2 in green (small restored chip to back) the second painted in blue and iron-red decoration in 'style Rayonnant', with a flower basket in the centre and foliate scrollwork to the rim, 40cm across handles (two restored rim chips) (2)
