Footnotes

龍彫茶刀 内藤豊昌、内藤豊容作 1840年頃

A very rare collaboration between Naito Toyomasa and his son Toyoyasu, otherwise known as Hidari (left handed) Toyomasa and given the name Toyoyo by his family. This chato is apparently previously unrecorded and has been authenticated by descendants of the Naito family.

A chato is a decorative sword used during the tea ceremony.
