A pair of Kaga abumi (stirrups)

By Yoshikiyo, Edo Period, late 18th century
Of conventional form, inlaid in silver honzogan, the front of both stirrups with a carp ascending a waterfall, the base with broken rinzu motifs, the interior lacquered plain red, signed Kashu ju Yoshikiyo saku. Each 25cm (9 13/16in) long. (2).
