Six tsuba

19th century
Comprising an oval Bushu School tsuba deeply carved with irises; an oval iron tsuba decorated with flowering vines in iroe takazogan; an oval shibuichi ishimeji tsuba decorated with a stylized dragon in clouds rendered in inlaid gilt wire and kebori; a small iron tsuba carved in the round with confronted dragons, gilt eyes; a Choshu tsuba pierced with swirling clouds, signed Choshu Masatomo saku; an iron mukade tsuba. The largest 7.3cm (2 7/8in). (6).
