Kitagawa Utamaro (1753-1806) and Chobunsai Eishi (1756-1829)

Late 18th/early 19th century
Two shunga prints depicting couples making love, the first by Utamaro, a chuban album plate, number 3, from the Ehon Toko no Ume (The Plum of the bedchamber), 18.7cm x 26.4cm (7 5/8in x 10 3/8in); the other attributed to Eishi, both unsigned; 23.2cm x 36½cm (9 1/8in x 14 3/8in). (2).
