The movement signed F. Robin, Londini Fecit
The modern dome top case with silvered handle over glazed sides and moulded base with bun feet, the eleven inch silvered brass dial with winged cherub spandrels and applied Roman and Arabic chapter ring and calendar aperture, the movement with symmetrical tulip engraving to the backplate enclosing a signed cartouche, verge escapement and external countwheel marked with Turkish numerals striking on a bell 47cm (18.5in) high.
