The three silvered Arabic chapter rings showing hours, minutes and quarter-minutes with blued moon hands mounted on shaped frame supported by four turned columns to a plinth base with applied maker's nameplate, the substantial single fusee movement with Harrison's maintaining power and six-spoked wheels, the escapement a silvered pivoted runway with roll-over seconds indicator standing on a mahogany and variegated marble base with glazed mahogany shade 48cms (19in) wide.
