The platform discretely signed McCabe
With three piece handle, engine turned panels united by reeded columns with ribbed finials and knurled feet, two inch silvered Roman dial with all over foliate engraving, the twin chain fusee movement with Harrison's maintaining power, underslung lever platform escapement and rack striking on a coiled gong 16.5cm (6.5in) high.
