A mid 19th century French gilt brass and porcelain globe timepiece

Mounted on an octagonal black marble base with gilt gimbal, the globe with equatorial chapter ring with applied Arabic enamel cartouche numerals set between knurled bands and single blued steel hand, the timepiece movement with cylinder escapement wound through the base with a twin pronged winding key 20cm (8in) high.
