中国人物図六角銅花瓶 栗原貞乗 江戸時代(19世紀中期)
Little is known of Kurihara Sadanori other than that he was a pupil of the pioneering metalworker Murata Seimin (1761-1837), who was the first in Edo to perfect the technique of wax-model casting. Kurihara's work of a bronze bunchin (paper weight) in the form of two turtles is in the collection of the Tokyo National Museum.
