A large cloisonné enamel vase and a cover

Meiji Period
Intricately worked in silver wire and elaborately in opaque and translucent enamels with details flecked with aventurine, the body with shaped panels of confronting dragons, ho-o and leaping shishi, all on a ground of tightly-scrolled floral-head and other geometric motifs, the cover similarly decorated; unsigned. 42½cm (16¾in) high.
