Rimpa School, 19th century
A six-fold screen, painted in ink, moriage and colour on gold-leaf paper ground, decorated with primarily Autumn and Summer flowers, the seasons intermixing, including: kiku (chrysanthemum), botan (peony), azami (thistle) keshi (poppy), unsigned. 167½cm x 367cm (65 7/8in x 144½in).
