Arabic manuscript on paper, verses from the Qur'an written in elegant muhaqqaq and thuluth scripts in black ink outlined in gold, flanked by the phrases Allah, may His glory be great and Muhammad, may peace be upon Him, on blue ground with borders decorated in the European style, some paper damage restricted to lower border, framed
